Fashion in Paper

On Friday October 28th, the “Fashion in Paper” exhibition arrived at the Instituto Italiano de Cultura in Madrid. It is a traveling exhibition that brings together fashion, style, art and eco-sustainability with each piece being linked through the source it is made from, either paper or cardboard.

Fashion in Paper comes to Madrid after the success achieved in La Triennale di Milano 2011, a prestigious set of the most important exhibitions of design in Italy. The “Paper In Fashion” exhibition presents around 100 pieces (Clothing, jewellery, accessories), all with a high impact, each one distinguished by the variety of colors and its individual character.

Each of these amazing works are the result of the extraordinary creativity of the best students of the Academies of Fine Arts of Brera, Florence, Frosinone, Genoa, L’Aquila, Turin, Urbino, of the Universitá degli Studi Mediterranei di Palermo and from Afol Milano.

The Fashion In Paper exhibition is on until the 18th of November with free entry.
