Presentation of the 2012 Spring / Summer Collection to Bloggers
Last week we had the enormous pleasure of sharing a sweet snack in Madrid with 7 of the best-known fashion bloggers in the Spanish blogosphere: Vega Royo from Daisyvega, Ester from Miarmarioenruinas, Rocio from Diaryofstyleblog, Miriam from Honeydressing, Mayte from Mitmebymayte, Marta from Missbutterflyme and Mónica from Monimoleskine. Amidst the cupcakes, tea, and biscuits shaped like jeans and t-shirts, we were able to share the new 2012 Spring/Summer Collection with them, one that is already beginning to peep out into some of our most important shops in the world, and which you can also see on our website.
“Spring Denim”, “Flower Print” or “Sunset Angels” are some of the lines into which our SS12 collection is divided, and 6 trend-seekers were able to see, touch and try them on. Let’s see what their reactions were!
Mayte from Mitmebymayte sees our collection as clearly inspired by music festivals, 60’s and 70’s icons, and the transgression of the rock & roll. “If I could have taken one thing with me, it would have been the Heller trench. It’s perfect for spring days!”
Ester from Miarmarioenruinas likes that we have brought together various styles under a single common denominator: 70’s London. If she could have taken something without anyone noticing, it would have been the Ronnie jacket!
Mirian from Honeydressing sees two clear inspirations in the SS12 collection: on one hand, romanticism, as reflected in long white dresses and skirts with gauzy fabrics, and on the other, the ethnic style reflected in items like the Zurich boots. Here we see her deciding whether to try on the Hesper monoshort. “In my wardrobe, there are always jeans, a white shirt, and a flowered dress”
Rocio from Diaryofstyleblog fell completely in love with the Korie parka, the MIN sweater and the Neula Skirt, and we loved how she looked in the Karissa shorts.
Marta from Missbutterflyme was surprised by the combination of Brit style mixed with bohemian airs, ideal for the high temperatures of spring and summer. “If I had to take something, I would definitely choose the Polk jacket and the Lackson skirt. I fell in love with them at first sight!”
Mónica from Monimoleskine chose to try out different outfits, and here you have the result. Here we see her with the Samboa maxi dress and the Jenner t-shirt, which match the sweet biscuits that we ate!
Vega from Daisyvega didn’t let the Zurich boots out of her sight. She paired them with spots, stripes, and even camel!
